We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the convenient location near vibrant cafes and restaurants, friendly staff that provided helpful tour information, and clean hotel facilities. We also appreciated easy transportation access and a delicious breakfast.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. the staff was friendly, very welcoming, and helpful when we needed information about the tours around the area. They also offered a lot of information about attractions outside the city, which was a bonus.
The WIFI was not working from our room, and it was challenging to connect to the Internet. the noise from the main road made it difficult to sleep.

Being close to the city center is a big advantage of this hotel, as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Tourist information is also accessible, which is useful for planning visits outside the city. the staff are friendly and accommodating, making guests feel welcome.
The uncomfortable bed and noisy rooms that face the busy main road can detract from an otherwise decent stay. the unreliable wifi in some parts of the hotel can be frustrating who need to stay connected.

We had a lovely romantic escape in the hotel. The location was perfect; we were right by the plaza with loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were really nice and helpful too. They gave us information about tours and attractions outside the hotel. the hotel offered amazing services like a spa and sauna which were a great way for us to relax and unwind.
The hotel had few downsides which affected our stay; the bed was not comfortable and there was noticeable noise pollution if you stay close to the main road.
